  5. 300 seconds of jump rope
  6. 20 wide pullups
  7. 1 mile run

Explosive leg workout routine

do 5 sets of the below reps. 30-60 sec of rest between sets.

  1. 20 ankle raises, each ankle
  2. 20 body-weight squats
  3. 20 lunges, each leg
  4. 20 frog jumps
  5. 20 side jumps

Generic calisthenic upper body routine

Start with 9 pullups and 1 pushup. Then do 8 pullups, 2 pushups, etc.. Total is 45 each
